Important notice regarding COVID-19: PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING!
Per North Central College, as of Monday, August 2, 2021, all members of the campus community, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks when inside campus buildings and facilities. Therefore, masking will continue to be mandatory at all chorus functions until further notice.
Note that only fully vaccinated members will be allowed to participate during this session and we expect you to remain up-to-date with available boosters, when eligible. The following registration process will require you to read and agree to a Risk and Liability Waiver and to upload your proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Please have an image of your proof of vaccination ready for uploading prior to starting the registration process. Note: If you participated in the Fall 2021, you will still need to resubmit current proof of vaccination and sign the Risk and Liability Waiver for this session. Thank you.
